- Please read these Terms before using the Services. By registering an ARIA account or applying for AIRIS analysis, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
- With respect to AIRIS orders, in addition to these Terms, the conditions exchanged between you and the Company for each order (the contents of the quotation and the application; hereinafter the "Individual Conditions") shall apply. Where these Terms and the Individual Conditions differ, the Individual Conditions shall prevail.
Article 2 (Account Registration and Management)
- Account registration is required in order to use certain functions of the Services.
- You shall register accurate and up-to-date information, and shall promptly update the registered information if any change arises.

The fees, the payment method and the payment timing shall be as set forth in the Notation based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, on the pricing page, or in the Individual Conditions.
- Fees already paid for ARIA will not be refunded at all, regardless of any defect of the service, suspension of use, termination of the contract, or any other reason.
- Cancellation of AIRIS analysis before its completion is accepted free of charge. If payment has already been made, the full amount will be refunded.
- After AIRIS analysis has been completed, no refund of fees will be accepted for any reason whatsoever.
- If the processing of AIRIS analysis fails, no fees will be incurred.
- If the Company revises the fees, it shall give notice in advance on the Services.

- (5) That the Provided Materials do not infringe the copyrights, portrait rights, privacy or any other rights of third parties.
- If any claim or complaint is made against the Company by a third party in relation to the Provided Materials, you shall resolve it at your own responsibility and expense. This does not apply, however, where the matter arises from a cause attributable to the Company.
- If it becomes apparent that any of your representations or warranties under Paragraph 1 is contrary to fact, the Company may suspend the use of the Provided Materials or delete the Provided Materials.
- The rights relating to the Provided Materials are reserved to you or to the rightful holder. The Company may use the Provided Materials and the analysis data within the scope set forth in these Terms and in the Privacy Policy.
