AIRIS

ARAVISTO Intelligent Recording & Insight System

Turn the match footage you already have into player-by-player records.

No GPS or other sensors required. From a single match video, we produce and deliver per-player tracking data such as distance covered, and stats such as sprint counts.

Example: from match video to per-player records Example diagram. Players seen in the match video are mapped onto a pitch viewed from above, showing their positions and movement paths, with a table summarising estimated distance covered and sprint counts by shirt number. Sound familiar?

  • You want to review the match, but it takes too long to watch the video and pinpoint what went wrong.

  • When you concede, it is hard to see exactly how the opponent broke you down.

  • Other work fills the day, and analysis never gets done.

  • Preparing the data for analysis takes up too much time.

Sample results

You have the footage. You just have no record of it.

Put the footage you already have to work: data to inform selection, match review and scouting decisions.

High school and university teams

The problem
“We film every match. But we have no numbers on how far each player actually ran.”
How you use it
Upload the match video and the list of players who took part. That is all it takes to see estimated distance covered and sprint counts for each player, plus heat maps.
What it gives you
You get an estimate of how much each player ran and the area they covered. Use it to review matches and as reference data for training.

Club coaches and analysts

The problem
“Analysis is only part of my job. I cannot spend time building the data.”
How you use it
Your only task is to upload the match video and the list of players who took part. ARAVISTO does all the work of building the data, so you can concentrate on reading it and reviewing the match.
What it gives you
Matches that were never captured as data can now be kept on record. Not just the first team: use data from junior and youth matches and from friendlies to rethink tactics and to inform selection and positioning.

Scouts covering youth and university matches

The problem
“Youth, university and lower-division matches leave no data behind, so we can only judge on a scout’s experience and word of mouth. One scout can watch only so many players, and good ones slip through.”
How you use it
Analyse matches across every level and build up a bank of data. From that data you can generate scouting lists to criteria you set, and widen the pool of players you are able to cover.
What it gives you
Scout on data, not only on a scout’s comments and what was seen on the day.

What you need to provide

Just two things

Usable video, and what to send us

  • Match videoNote: fixed-camera match video, overhead video and scouting video can all be analysed.Note: not just broadcast cameras. Matches filmed on an iPhone, a GoPro, a Veo or similar are also supported.
  • Team sheet (shirt number, name, position)

From upload to results

All you do is upload the match video and send us the team sheet.

  1. Step 1 Create your account

To open an account, start from the contact form: select “AIRIS: trial analysis enquiry” and send it to us.

  2. Step 2 Upload the match video

You upload the match video you already have.

  3. Step 3 Send the team sheet

You enter the shirt numbers, positions and formation for the players of both teams who appeared in the match you want analysed.

Note: your own team alone is fine.

  4. Step 4 Review the results

Once the analysis is complete, you can review the results on your dashboard.

Note: roughly 3 to 5 business days from the start of analysis.

Frequently asked questions

Getting started and pricing

How do I get started?

Get in touch through the contact form. We will ask for the match video, a team sheet (shirt number and name), the kit colours and whatever you know of the formation, and our team will run the analysis and check it. We then give you an account: log in to the AIRIS dashboard to see the results.

How much does it cost?

10,000 to 50,000 yen per match (excluding tax), depending on the number of items analysed.

Is there a charge for the trial analysis as well?

Yes, the trial analysis is a paid service. The price varies with the length of the video, the number of videos and the number of items analysed, so we quote once we have heard the details.

How long does it take to get the results?

It varies with the length of the video and the number of items analysed, but please allow roughly 3 to 5 business days from the time we receive your request.

Video and data

What cameras and video can I use?

We can analyse video shot on whatever camera you have: an iPhone, a DSLR, a Veo and so on. Both work: video from a fixed camera that never moves or zooms, and video where the camera pans up, down, left and right and zooms.

Can you analyse matches we filmed in the past?

Yes. Any video you have already filmed can be used.

Can you film the matches too? Do we need to buy equipment?

No special camera is needed. If you have no camera at hand, talk to us separately: we can film the match ourselves. In that case, travel and accommodation costs and the labour cost for the time spent filming are billed separately, on top of the analysis fee.

What data do I get, and what is not included?

We can provide distance covered per player, estimated distance by speed zone and sprint counts, heat maps, aerial duels, space control data and more. If there is a specific data item you need, tell us through the contact form.

Get in touch any time. If you would like to start with a trial analysis, it is a paid service, but we will ask about the type and number of videos and quote you a trial price.
